Louise Rossi Beale
Louise has been practicing law for over 34 years. Louise’s areas of practice include family law, residential real estate, estate planning and administration including wills and powers of attorney, fire district and fire department law. Within her family law practice, Louise has extensive experience in divorce and separation, child custody and visitation, child support, post divorce enforcement and modification, pre and post nuptial agreements, adoption and collaborative law.
Collaborative law is a non-adversarial approach to family law matters which assists people in resolving their differences by crafting solutions and achieving agreements which meet their and their families’ needs without resort to court.
